At Home Organizer Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

2. How to Request a Return

All returns are handled by mail.

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size, colour, or model of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

No restocking fees apply to approved returns or exchanges.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Products marked as final sale (if applicable)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
